Applied online. Saw different options through LinkedIn. Submitted a cover letter and CV, then they called to ask a few questions about the company and then proceeded to an interview with HR.

Interview
Very seamless interview process. Definitely tough, but challenging in all the best ways. A Watson Glaser, internal written test, followed by a multiple part assessment centre (talks, speaking to prior interest, commercial interview and personal interview).

Standard online process, psychometric testing, HR interview and an assessment centre: this included a case study presentation to a panel of associates, a written exercise and an interview. Overall it did not diverge significantly from other law firm application processes.
