Interview
The interview process started with applying online then sending in my resume. Shortly after that was the screening for the job and intimidation. Then there was the second person to look over my resume and screening. They checked my reference from an after school matters program and a few days later was then informed when I would start and what my schedule was.

Interview
You have two interviews. The first is via telephone, and the second is via Skype. The whole experience is very laid back and relaxed. They're looking for people that are passionate about their mission and goals and dedicated to contributing to their boards appropriately.
