The interview process was lengthy with too many individual meetings with many of the executives. I feel they lean a bit unrealistically on the mcquaig word survey analysis and may be missing many excellent applicants due to the process.

It was very good, straight to the point. She asked questions regarding specific instances in the past and how i overcame them. Also asked about sales approaches and what one thinks he or she can bring to the table

I made it through multiple rounds/levels of interviews. Throughout the entire process, Frieda's was always very clear regarding the timelines and expectations. I felt every meeting was appropriately timed and never felt rushed.
