Friends Life interview questions

I applied online, answered some standard competency questions, passed the online tests, went through the telephone interview stage and got to the assessment centre stage at the company's headquarter in Bristol.

Telephone interview followed by a 2 hour written assessment then a face to face interview. One of the worst I have been through and ultimately it meant nothing as i was told quite clearly that I didn't do very well on the written interview yet i still got the job.
