I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online but did not hear anything so I decided to attend n open house. I went to the open house at a hotel, they began by handing us all forms and making sure we understand the tattoo policy . They are very strict about this no tattoos on your neck, elbow down on your arm hands ect. luckily no tattoos for me. They had us take a form to fill out and sit down. We were called up in groups to register and recieved a sticker with a number and wrote our name on it. After that they began calling us in groups to interview with the first person it was a 1 on 2 interview . 1 interviewer 2 candidates and they began asking you a series of questions transitioning between each of the candidates. We were then sent back into the lobby. A few minutes later they call you back up by number again some people are cut here but you are not aware that it is happening if you are selected all you notice is less people. If you are selected you move on to a second interview, similar to the first but with a new set of questions. Transitioning between on candidate to the other, after that interview they send you to the lobby again. After what seemed like the longest wait ever (mainly because I was nervous) they call you up and if you are selected offer you to training. They then do a tattoo check, checking your arms and hands and neck (definitely serious). They then have you fill out an application/ new hire packet it has you list all your previous jobs, stuff for background check ect. They then have you take a drug test and say you will get an email with the stuff required for the background check. After this your finished and most likely of you've gotten this far extremely excited to be joining frontier! Good Luck!

Received an assessment test , then a video call, waiting a face to face interview. Which I think will be over the phone. I’m not quite sure. But I have to fill this out.
Group interview first then one on one. They will ask scenarios so be prepared and stay ready and don’t be nervous. They are all nice and know that everyone is scared but they want to see your personality
