I applied online, phone interview, F2F in Denver on 10/26/17. They flight you out for free, you provide your own hotel. To begin, you watch videos and a presentation about the company and the logistics of being an FA. Then, they begin having everyone come to the front, introduce yourself, and read out a portion of the inflight spiel. In the meantime, groups of 10 at a time are brought out for a peer interview - 2 interviewers and 2 interviewees at a time. They will take turns asking you and the other candidate questions, but you don't each get to answer each question, only your own. I was only asked 2 questions, then, after returning to the larger room, I got the TBNT. It was too bad, but you really have a small window to showcase yourself and your experience, and sometimes your "peer" will get better questions for doing that. My advice is to make sure you look well put together, smile the entire time, and make friends with the other candidates. Try to expand on the questions you're asked to make the most out of the little time you have to show why they should hire you.
If you have ANY tattoos on neck, behind ear, upper back/shoulders, shoulders to finger tips, and for ladies, thighs to toes, don't even apply. They do not allow it, not even with makeup or clothes covering it.
