Applied online, got an initial phone screening three weeks after I submitted my application. Was selected for a Microsoft Teams interview. Day of my interview, called in to the Teams meeting 5 min early... My interview time rolls around and no one calls in. 5, 10, 15 20 min have gone by and no one calls in. Get a call from the recruiter to tell me that I NEVER called in and accused me of missing the interview. I told her what I did and she still didn't believe. Said she'd try to reschedule the interview and one week later, nothing. Bogus experience and this was the first time in my life I was called a liar by someone in HR. Will never consider another position with Frontier. I see why they are now one of the country's most hated airline

I applied on the website and finished assessment sent to email inbox right after. I was invited for the initial screening the next day. The screening comprised a 15-20min phone call with HR about work schedule and benefit, followed by another assessment (word file with maths and logic question with moderate difficulty, there is a 30min time limit to send it back by email), a virtual interview was scheduled a couple of days later. Virtual interview - one on one with a manager at Crew Scheduling, mostly behavioral and scenario-based questions, more like a conversation. More than 2 weeks has passed and has not heard back from HR, assuming they moved on with other candidates.

Horrible. I was supposed to get an exclusive link from HR to complete & submit an assessment within 30 minutes. HR (Hope Russo) never sent me the link. Then, HR tried t tell me that they going to press with other candidates due of Hope Russo’s dereliction.

The interview and skills assessment were great, but they didn't get back to me after two weeks. I called and emailed every contact I had for them and I never got a hold of anyone. So they never contacted me to let me know I wasn't selected for the position.
