Frontier Sales & Service Tech interview questions

Although the hiring can be lengthy (6-12 months), Frontier Communications conducts a thorough and professional recruitment process. I took an assessment which was haphazardly constructed and didn't really target the position applied for, but nevertheless they followed up with me anyhow. I attended a face-to-face interview with two area managers. The interview was not intimidating and felt fairly informal, although everyone should make sure to be dressed accordingly (shirt and tie) as Frontier conducts interviews for this position very professionally.
