Frontify Creative Project Manager interview questions

The interview process left a very positive impression on me. Each stage was well-organized, with quick responses after every round, which allowed the process to move forward efficiently. From the initial HR call to the final discussions with key stakeholders, I felt that the process was thorough and transparent. The interviews provided a clear overview of the team dynamics and the responsibilities of the role. The process began with a conversation with HR, followed by a detailed discussion with the hiring manager. I then had individual calls with key stakeholders, including the Creative Director, Designer, and my direct hire. In the first two rounds, the focus was primarily on behavioral questions, which emphasized the importance of work ethic, approach, and character to the team. This gave me a strong sense of the team’s values and how they align with my own. In the latter stages, the focus shifted to more specific discussions about my previous projects, including scenarios and questions about my experience, without the need for case studies. Overall, the interview process was engaging and gave me a comprehensive understanding of both the role and the team I’d be working with.
