Pretty much your standard interview, nothing fancy. It was really short, maybe 10mins so I was really surprised when they hired me. I didn't even have any food service experience. The interviewer looked kind of board too, I think they might have been just hiring almost everyone who was actually breathing and could handle a knife reasonably well.
