I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Frost & Sullivan in June 2023
Interview
Their hiring process is extremely unprofessional. Neither the hiring HR from the company (who is extremely rude btw), nor the recruiting company Crescendo have the decency to update candidates after interview rounds on feedback. Especially when the rounds are so extensive for leadership roles, wherein you first ask candidates to attempt a written test, then go through ops round and then keep them hanging with half information on what the next steps are. This weird hiring process wherein you waste a candidate's time for weeks and do not even provide decent feedback reflects on how the company must be operating on a general level.

Alot of questions and then answering those questions so they could have a better idea of how i can contribute to the company. The interview was very productive overall. I love the way that the interview went.
