I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frost & Sullivan (Chennai) in Mar 2008
Interview
My resume was forwarded through a network of friends and the company contacted me immediately. I was asked for Market Engineering and I declined as and when they mentioned about the Technical Insights division. The call from TI recruit took 2 months and when they did, they immediately set the process, I was phone interviewed and then asked to take up two times writing test. After the written tests, I was asked to be present at the company premises for a face to face interview which mostly consisted of personal questions. After the personal interview, I was asked to wait for the HR procedures and then I was given the offer letter.
