I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Frost & Sullivan (Chennai) in Dec 2016
Interview
Generally there are 2 or 3 rounds. It starts with an introductory telephonic interview to understand the candidates relevance to the requirement. Followed by a written test on random topics. This will be followed by an interview again where what we've written during the test is scrutinized. Post that screening, you will be informed about the candidature. Further processing is just about salary negotiation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Frost & Sullivan (Johannesburg)
Interview
I went through a three interview process. The first was an interview based on typical, general interview questions by the team leader. A 'get to know session'. At the end of this session I was given a case study to work on in the next few days to be discussed at the next interview. At the second interview I was asked questions on the work I had done for the case study by the programme director. Interview three was a mix of 'get to know' session and case study questions.
