FuboTV interview questions

The interview went well however there is a concern there job description and interview expection is different, because the small company nature they are trying to gauge every skill especially past project management experience although role is for Individual Contributer , this was not mentioned in their requirment. I understand attracting talent having low footprint is difficult. But if that requirement is mentioned it will call the right people to apply. Project management and ownership can be learn during the job but if it is expectation it should be clear in the requirement itself.
