Tyson is a walking red flag, working for him will be a disaster. I didn't need to actually work for him to know, I can sense that from the short conversation we had at the interview. He made me very uncomfortable because he was very pushy. After the interview, I asked multiple questions regarding the role, including salary and ongoing support, to which the answer was basically "no to minimal support" and extremely low salary (to a point that is insulting to dietitians!). I immediately rejected his job offer through email the next day. And wow, his reply was extremely unprofessional, and sounded like an egoistic person. It feels like Tyson just wants to exploit and work the crap out of you. I read the reviews of current and past employees and thank God I trusted my gut, Tyson is a walking red flag. You all (especially fresh grads) must walk away! Always always have someone to look over your contract or at least talk to a senior Dietitian to give you advice!
