Interview
It was pretty quick. Aptitude tests (critical reasoning, math and verbal) followed by Interviewed on same day. Feedback on the interview was received withing a few days and selection process was completed.

What could be the cause of a car expelling white smoke from the engine?
4-5 one on one interviews plus 1 hour presentation. Each interview lasts for 30 minutes. Interviewed with different level of engineers. One vice president, two principle engineers and one senior project engineer. Had lunch with the manager and some newly hired engineers.
