I walked in, asked to apply, filled out an application. No interview, just started the next day. I don't believe they even looked at the application. They were desperate for employees (very high turnover rate, especially for the busser position)

the interview is quite simple. this is divided into three parts , first you talk to the Hr , and then the department manager , and later on the department manager for the third round, they will ask you about you past exprience , your expectation, and your career plan in next five year, and also they will ask why your left your formor employer, and asked you to list some of your strengthes and the obstacles you met for those years and how do you handled them?
