Fulcrum Technology Solutions interview questions

Employees seemed friendly enough. Technical assessment was tough, had multiple people watching and felt like I was interviewing for a senior system admin instead of a NOC engineer. Not a good way to gauge someone’s character and work ethic and ability to learn. Why do I get the feeling that someone who knows an employee doesn’t have to go through the same grueling process?

They no-showed me the first time and the second time they were late. The questions were all network related and didn’t have anything to do with cyber at all. Salary was way too low.
