I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Fulcrum Worldwide in Mar 2025
Interview
I was approached by Reveille Technologies on behalf of Fulcrum, and the interview process was conducted by the Fulcrum team. I went through three rounds—Tech 1, Tech 2, and HR. I cleared them all and was assured that the offer letter would be released the very next day. They even mentioned that onboarding would start immediately.
But then, out of nowhere, they called and said they were still waiting for management approval and asked me to wait. A couple of days passed—nothing. Then, like a broken record, they called again with the same excuse. And again. And again. It became an endless loop of false promises and frustrating delays.
At this point, it’s beyond frustrating—it's outright unprofessional. Why put someone through multiple rounds of interviews, assure them that everything is set, and then backtrack with vague, meaningless excuses? If they weren’t sure, why say anything at all? This entire process has been a complete waste of time, energy, and patience.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fulcrum Worldwide (Pune) in June 2024
Interview
I think there were approximately 5+ rounds in the fulcrum, and I had a very horrible experience; I was selected in two rounds, but instead of these, they arranged a level 3 round. The third level is a rejection round; please be aware of this before applying; The interviewer is a very non-sense person. I answered all of his questions, yet he rejected me. and gave me feedback on a lack of technical knowledge. If I have a lack of technical knowledge, how did I cracked Levels 1 and Level 2? Don't' waste your time in fulcrum please go with another company.
