I reached out to Full Media via a job posting that was online.
I was contacted a few days later asking me to answer a list of preliminary questions. Some of the questions were work related and some were geared to learn more about me.
I was called in twice to meet with two separate teams. The interview questions were targeted more towards situational questions than previous job history.
I was also asked to complete an online personality test.
I was offered a position shortly after 2nd interview.
Summary:
If you are wanting a position with a company you must treat the company as you would a client. Exceed the companies expectations and show them what value you can bring to the organization. You get one shot at a lasting first impression.
I notice a lot of the feedback pertaining to no follow up after the interview; well did any of the prospects reach out to Full Media? Show the prospective company that you can be trusted to be a point of contact for their clients. If the company is not impressed with your follow up/interaction why would they hire you to be the face/voice of their company?
Exceed their expectations and you will be successful in finding your dream job.
