Several phone calls and one final face-to-face interview with six team members. The face-to-face interview was at your own expense, non-reimbursed. The group I interviewed with was very laid back, easy going, and they really didn't ask tough questions.

Three phone interviews.

I was interviewed by the program coordinator and the program director. It was a typical instructor interview with your typical teaching questions. I was asked to present reaching materials that I have created. I presented materials that I made and used in previous teaching contexts. It was an overall enjoyable interview. The hiring process took longer than I expected. It seemed that they could not inform me that I was hired until months later. I was holding my breath for months waiting to hear about my application process.
