They are looking for a unicorn, that does not exist. Same role has been up for months with 200+ applicants and you're telling me you couldn't find one? Ridiculous. I made it all the way to the final round and did not receive an offer. Not sure what they're looking for, given that I have previous career coaching experience for over 5+ years.

Question 1
Basic behavioral questions with the recruiter. Team interview with career coaching-based questions and asked to give feedback on several resumes. Had to put together a presentation on a career topic and present to team members and answer questions from "mock students.
Quick and easy; first round is a recruiter call, then meeting with manager and finally a panel meeting with manager and senior coach/other members of the team. Moves quickly. Focus on coaching examples and knowledge of the tech space.

Best interview experience I had in a while! Very well organized and even though multiple people's availability had to be synchronized, as a candidate I did not feel any disturbance.
