1) I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn 2) He sent me a Calendly link to book an intro call 3) We had the call 4) I received via email instructions about the next steps: Asyncronous Interview, Technical Challenge, Technology Skills Survey, and Criteria Assessment. 5) I took the Technical Challenge, which is a take-home challenge that need to be recorded and your optimal time to complete it is within 1 hour and half (I spent 2 hours). The video must be uploaded to your drive and should be shared with them. 6) I also took the Async Interview, which is made via a platform with technical questions that you receive at the time of the test and you have some minutes to answer each question while it's recorded. 7) Finally, I also took the survey and criteria assessment, which are minor steps. 8) Before finishing number 7, I contacted the recruiter via email, and he gave me some feedback on the Technical Challenge, saying that it was the most difficult part and I had gotten an excellent score. 9) After the whole process was delivered, which took me 1-2 weeks, the recruiter simply vanished away! No response via LinkedIn nor by email. I already sent him 3 new messages, but no response! Final story: very well defined process, but it doesn't work at all! We don't even have another email to contact people to get some feedback.

Os primeiros passos (primeira entrevista, desafio de codificação, entrevista técnica) foram muito rápidos, recebi uma oferta em uma semana. Depois de aceitar a oferta, eles começam a apresentar seu perfil para seus diferentes clientes e, assim que um cliente o deseja, eles enviam o contrato para você assinar e começar a trabalhar. Até isso, você só tem que esperar. Já fez 3 semanas e eu não ouvi nada sobre se um cliente me quer ou algo assim. Estou começando a perder a esperança.
