Interview process was not transparent in their goals and motivations, felt like a major lack of compassion for canvassers in the field. Was not allowed or cared about when asked to use the bathroom whilst canvassing in a suburban areas, felt very uncomfortable when knocking on the homes of retired homeowners late at night and especially felt like we were meant to be dismissive of people that were very upset for the lateness of the hours we continued to canvass for. Over all, I fear they care more about money and knew little to none of the causes for the campaigns at all.
