Called directily, was scheduled for an interview. Completed an application on site. Went onto a one on one interview. Was hired on the spot and offered a second round interview. DId the second round interview and was hired. Started immediately with intensive traiing. I dove right into the job. About a month later went to Boston, MA for regional traiing.

Really easy interview process because they hire almost everyone. Numbers game with this company. Phone interview, in person, and sometimes one additional interview after that with a director or regional manager

It was super easy. I think as long as you give a somewhat educated answer, they will offer you the position. They just want to hire people. However, take what they tell you about the job with a grain of salt. They aren't entirely honest about everything.
