Interview process broken down as below:
- general assessment based on cv —> no character to this process, this is just old questions on what u did based on cv without covering any depth
- case study —> submit case study
- same interviewer as round1 scheduled round to “discuss” few aspects. All went amazing.
Was supposed to go present to larger group.
1 week later after my followup they cancel the candidature without any reasoning
While they expect candidates for responses they themselves can’t quantify or identify which areas they or rather he, felt fitment not up to mark.
Highly concentrated decision to one man’s hand, which no mature org does.
Without proper audience, they decided basically ghost me.
Highly unprofessional.
Glad I didn’t move forward. Interview rounds often tell a lot about the company culture.
