Took ages to hear back and when attended interview no one knew who I was here to see until 45 minutes later. They didn’t understand the position I applied for until someone came down to speak to me.

Interview
This was a technical screening interview for a job using C# and ASP.Net. The interview was fairly straight forward and painless, but there was not much time to think (~30 seconds an answer) and the interviewer was giving nothing away. A couple of questions seems a bit unusual, eg: asking for definitions of particular interfaces.
