The interview process was a great experience overall. Everyone I spoke with was very kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which made the conversation feel comfortable and relaxed. It was conversational in tone, but they still asked thoughtful questions about my skills, previous work experience, and how they relate to the CRM role. I felt the discussion allowed me to clearly explain my background and interest in the position.
