Interview
Seems casual and fun, very conversational but remained appropriate. They request that you dress up in a costume. The more you get into the spirit of it, the more impressed they are.

If you were dealing with XYZ problem, how would you find a solution?
Easy enough process. Had to dress up for the interview. Be prepared to wear a costume. Bit a horrible interview process I guess, but not a normal interview compared to other places
