Furen International School interview questions

The interview process is very well-established and professional. There are 3 steps: information fill-in, written assessment, and teaching demon. All the interviewers are friendly, professional, and inclusive. The interview rooms are extremely cozy and comfortable. The location is a little bit difficult to find but HR sent over detailed instruction which was very helpful.

Pretty standard and brief interview process. There was only one with the principal and head of cirriculum. You're also asked to prepare a 5-10 min teaching demo ahead of time, with a topic given to you. You may get some follow up questions on the content you presented.
