I applied online. I interviewed at Fusion Health in May 2026
Interview
I received an interview one week within applying and it was a zoom interview for 30 minutes. It was a typical zoom interview covering my experience and how it related to the open position.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fusion Health (Woodbridge, NJ) in Mar 2026
Interview
Unorganized interview process with 0 follow up from HR. You have to reach out to them for updates and very likely you will not get a response because I never did. If you want to know whether you were selected or not, look on their LinkedIn that’s how I found out I wasn’t considered. Left a very bad taste.

Interview
Applied online through indeed. Was contacted within a week to schedule a phone screen with HR, and had that call the following day. Was then scheduled for an online coding technical assessment to take place a week later. After passing the coding assessment, I was scheduled for an onsite interview to review workplace experience and more technical assessment. Was told to expect a whiteboard system design exercise, but did not get given the chance to have one while onsite. Was instead asked straight technical questions to test knowledge.

Question 1
Given the structure of a C# class, implement the class and it's methods/member variables.
What does asynchronous mean in programming? How do we implement it in C#? What is the under-the-hood functionality of the language thats actually happening when we do?
