Interview
I was skeptical to interview with FS Investments considering the company's negative interview feedback on Glassdoor. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt, and I was very much let down.
The overall interview process was quite lengthy as it occurred over the course of a few weeks. The interviews were a total of 2 hours and required a Cognitive and Behavioral test.
The interviewers were friendly but the company went radio silent after the final round. After dedicating so much time to FS Investment's interview process, I was "ghosted." I find it very disappointing and unprofessional. HR- the least you can do is notify your candidates that the company is not moving forward with them!

It was a 3 round interview. Meet with each member of the team followed by senior management and then the VP of the department. Following the last interview HR called to let me know about the offer.

Interview
Initial phone interview, then was invited in for an in-person interview. Prior to the in-person interview, they asked that I complete a Behavior and IQ analysis (took about 45 minutes total. The in-person interview was conducted by 5 different employees of FS, including analysts, associates and the head of the department. Each interview was about 30 minutes. The people that I interviewed with were all very friendly, the interview questions asked were very straight forward. After the interview and following up with the interviewers multiple time, I never heard back from anybody at the company. Extremely unprofessional. I had to take time off of my current job to attend the interviews, spent an hour on their "tests" and several more hours preparing. They couldn't find 5 minutes to do the courtesy of calling me or responding to my emails informing me that I did not get the position.
