The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Futures Personnel C (Miami, FL)
Interview
Futures is a personnel consulting firm. Meaning, they will search for you to find salaried jobs. Assuming you get an offer from the company, their fee is (in my case 20% of the base salary) paid by you - the person trying to find a job - out of your pocket. They ask for a down payment of at least $2k. They offer you financing options (0%) and tax write-offable options.
If you need a job and do not have $2k laying around, dont bother.
It was very confusing and no one answered my questions until I saw the manager of the staffing agency . I thought I was coming in for a job interview at that location but it was a waste of my time. They also ask for a large about of your pay one you get hire.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Futures Personnel C (Miami, FL) in July 2018
Interview
They use an outdated card as your application form. To be filled out in pencil; you write about 4 pages worth of information on a double sided index card. They ask you to sign a contract where they represent you as their agent in your job search. I did not like the hiring manager as he seemed inexperienced and made me wait about 45 minutes in the lobby. This business is an intermediary between the actual job and the applicant.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask general questions about your experience and you go through the entire interview before they tell you that if you get hired they will charge you a fee for referring you to the actual company that you are interviewing for.
