Futuri Media interview questions

I spoke with someone for an initial phone screen (was asked some odd questions like, "How hard do you like to work?"), and I was then asked to take a personality assessment. I immediately took that, and I waited about a week before following up. I asked if there were any updates, and I never got a response back. It's now been about a month and I still haven't heard anything.
