I emailed my résumé to them and three weeks later got invited to an interview. I presented different projects in my portfolio to two different teams of UX designers and visual designers. Then, I had a casual conversation with one of the founders. The whole thing lasted around 3 hours. Everyone there was friendly, and I enjoyed my experience. It did take awhile for them to get back to me afterward because of the holidays.
