G-P Senior Data Engineer interview questions

Interview process consists of 4 phases - recruiter screening, interview with manager, interview with technical architect and the who interview. The whole process took a lot of time. After last step - which is the who interview I was told that decision should be quick and it will take aprox. 2 days. Interviewer said that he's going to send feedback to recruiter on the same day. Unfortunately decision took 2 weeks. In meantime they had to wait if other candidate will accept an offer. There was no feedback or no information about the outcome and status - I had to write several emails to get the current recruitment process status. Unfortunately there is no feedback at all about my candidacy and emails written by my are unanswered. Utterly unprofessional approach.
