Interview
It was a lengthy but very well-organized interview process. Part 1 was a phone interview (30 minutes) that went very well. Part 2 was in person and contained several interviews over the course of 4 hours. I was able to meet with the CEO (great guy, great conversation), a director, senior staff, and even newer staff (under a year) and was able to learn different things about the company, the role, and the culture from different points of views. Honestly, everyone there (from CEO to the Executive Assistant) was such a pleasure to talk to. The 3rd and final part was a take home exam that you had to score over 70% to get an offer. It was slightly difficult but had a week to complete it and was nothing that an accounting student never saw before. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience.

Interview
I went through an efficient and in-depth interview process at G Squared, which took place over a single day from 10 AM to 2 PM. The process included a conversation with the Senior Accountant, a discussion with an Associate, a lunch interview, and a final meeting with the CEO. It was a fast-paced but thorough process that gave me a comprehensive understanding of the company culture and expectations.

Interview
The interview process at G-Squared occurred in three phases. The first phase was an initial screening questionnaire. The second phase was a thorough three-hour interview with a variety of current staff members. The third phase was a take-home examination that was due back within a week of completing the second phase.
