5 round interview including aptitude
It was a walk in drive for fresher candidates Aptitude was a cut off round.
Then a communication round technical interview round last hr/managerial round
After last round they will inform our results
aptitude test (online) -> industrial assessment (on campus) -> technical round (face to face) -> leadership round (virtual) -> offer letter -> then on boarding -> training -> project allocation -> graduation -> associate
5 rounds, percentile based cutoff for first 2 aptitude rounds
Appreciate assertiveness and initiative in oral rounds
Moderate to easy technical round with questions mostly around the resume
Leadership round can be tricky
