Interview
Phone interview followed by a in person interview. Met with several managers and department heads and team leads. The interview was over an hour and asked about technical capabilities, experience, software used, and personnel questions.

Experience with the mapping software the company uses.
Phone call * 2 because of the pandemic, the process was discontinued in the middle. I was a little disappointed that I need to call them to figure it out.

Interview
They just read my resume back to me - quite strange actually. Then the recruiter tried to relate the job to my experiences. They push very hard to "sell" their company to you.
