Very simple if you have prior military and LEO or similar you got the job. Pay for you security classes and you have to go and pay for your licenses I think for armed total cost is roughly $400 to get fully licensed out of pocket. Take a small psych test and interview with HR manager to offer you a position.

Applied online on a Wednesday, received a call by the company next day, interviewed Friday , started that Monday. Orientation/ training was a week, paid. On the job trained for a week then left alone. Training was not anything like the Job itself.

The interview process was average to maybe a little long but they're extremely thorough and very inquisitive about who I was they made me go over my application several times they found several errors and they assisted me with correcting them before the application was submitted to corporate they are very very helpful

Interview
It was supposed to be two people interviewing me for the supervisor/management position but one had to leave. I'm sure that was a tell-tell sign of their intensions but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. One lady was very strange and shook hands with me like she was from another planet. They questioned me about me education several times as if I were lying about it.
