Interview
Online application process was unexpectedly detailed so have detailed records of work history, residential; driving record on hand for 7 years minimum. I filled out the application over the weekend and was contacted the following Monday; interviewed the next day. Interviewer was very cordial; questions were typical and also easy. Job offer was made contingent on extensive background verification. So far I have not heard back.

Question 1
The most difficult for me is about previous employers and G4S will ask. I did have a very "bad fit" situation a few years ago and I do know that employer gives very derogatory information about former employees. I probably should have risked being seen as unprofessional and explained the situation but it was a lot to explain and I really did not want to be as unprofessional as they are. It likely cost me the job.

Interview
I applied with Indeed site, was set up with what was supposed to an interview a few days later, but ended up a phone call to verify the information that I had submitted and she then set up an interview for Friday the 12th of June from 2:30 - 3:00 pm. I waited until 25 minutes after 3 just to give the interviewer a chance if something came up. The individual from Sioux Falls South Dakota never called, no email or text to let me know if something came up.
Filled out an online app was contacted 4 days later and hired. Prior service military so maybe that’s why I didn’t get asked anything that official. Overall not a bad process.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at G4S (Plano, TX) in Dec 2017
Interview
I was interviewed a total of 3 times. The site I was assigned to seems to have higher expectations for its officers, which makes sense considering the compensation in pay is slightly higher than other sites.
