I applied for a junior SEO role and went through two interview rounds. The first went smoothly and I was moved forward to a case study presentation.
The process started to fall apart at the scheduling stage. I communicated my availability clearly across multiple follow-ups, explaining I was only free two days that week due to prior commitments. My messages were ignored and I was booked into a slot I had explicitly said did not work for me, in the evening. I still made it work, rearranging my schedule to attend, but received no acknowledgment of the effort or the inconvenience caused.
The presentation itself went well. I had minor technical issues but received positive verbal feedback at the end of the call and was told I would hear back within a week. I never did. No follow-up, no rejection, nothing.
One more thing worth noting: the second round was conducted by a completely different team from the one I had been in contact with throughout, with no introduction or explanation beforehand.
The role itself may be interesting, but the recruitment process showed a consistent lack of respect for candidates' time. If you are interviewing here, manage your expectations accordingly.

I applied online. I interviewed at GA AGENCY (London, England) in July 2025
Interview
AWFUL!!
I applied for this job in good faith.
At 2nd Stage, I had to do an Interview Task, which I spent a lot of time on. This was sent to the HR Team 2 days before the interview, but was NOT Forwarded to the panel, this was unprofessional and placed me at a disadvantage. The two interviewers were incompetent and on the day FAILED to help upload my presentation, just sat there watching me struggle. I was told "this job is just SEO" when I showed creativity. This is a Multi national Agency and the two interviewers "ashamedly" only speak English, did not even bother to ask me what languages I speak, as I'm Fluent in French, English, Punjabi, Hindu and understand Spanish. One of tge interviewers looked bored and I feel this job was already gifted to someone. Very poor interview experience by two unprofessional people!
