First contact by a specialised recruiter who checked that I was fit for the opening, followed by video call with the hiring manager and a senior member of the team. Final face to face interview in their offices.

Mostly fair questions about my experience, some personal questions not very compliant, like if I had kids, and others to check how I would take feedback.

Interview
The interview process was carried out by employees, no HR. Thus, they went to the point of the work. They wanted to know your expertise and how someone expects the day-by-day at the office. They make you feel very confortable during the two-hours-process. They provide training if you have no experience on the field.
