The interview was simple. First of all, they took a written test and then the second round was skype round. They basically, focus on logical reasoning. Overall it is two days process.

I attended walk-in at navalur Chennai. The total process was good and highly talented people were there. The process begins with aptitude test . This test has quants, logical and English too. Results were announced within 10 minutes. I was shortlisted for next round. Hr said that panels are not available now , so Requested me to wait for 90 mins. After 90 minutes sharply next round was started. It's face to face technical discussion. Since i was experienced one. They asked whole java concept and asked to write SQL queries. I done well . Some out of box logical puzzle was asked . I tried to came out with answer. But I can't. Then I was requested to wait outside for some more minutes for results. Within 20 minutes I came to know that I was cleared face to face. Now I was called for face to face technical discussion 2 as well as final round, again Interviewer asked to write some java programs, and conversation about previous projects and then SQL queries and then out of box logical thinking puzzle. Except some SQL query and logical problem I said answer correctly for all . Interviewer also happy with my technical followed in java programming. Then the interviewer asked me to wait outside for the results. After 10 minutes hr came to me and asked me that , how was your Interview?. I said it was too good. Then hr said that I didn't got positive response from your interviewer. So sorry , you can leave for the day. This was my interview experience. I didn't expect that results from them even though I did my interview well. I don't know to whom I should ask the reason for my results or i dont know that everything is eyewash?
