I applied on July 9th got my first interview about 3 days later. First interview was with a recruiter she was very sweet and immediately moved me on to the next step which was a virtual team's meeting with 3 team leads and the department supervisor. The 2nd interview was very intimidating I never had a job interview where I felt like I was being jumped. I have been a claims adjuster for two Year's and excelled at my career I know I am well qualified how ever it's hard to talk about your qualification when 4 women is just starting at you. The supervisor was very unprofessional she went off camera several times after asking me a question and didn't seem very interested in me from the very beginning. The company focus on high risk drivers so they do more of denying claims than actually going through the actual claim process other wise I will stick with the larger insurance company I don't feel like I would've been a fit for the company good luck to you all though

Went through two interviews all virtual, I believe with two team leaders at the time . Manager made final decision. It was a quick hiring process I was employed after a drug test . It took about two weeks
