I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GALLO (Tuskegee, AL) in Mar 2020
Interview
The interview process was just like any other interview just had to go through a little bit more. My first interview was a phone interview then, the following was supposed to be a face to face interview but due to Covid-19 I could not interview in person. It was then switched to a virtual one. Overall the interview process went well and I wish I had the chance to continue on being this is such a great company which stands and places initiative behind their core values. They also gave great assistance through Thurgood Marshall for mentoring and coaching throughout your interviewing process.

Question 1
Give a time where I was in an environment where I had to sell something.
I scheduled an interview, they claimed they would send me the meeting link, but they never did. I waited for over a week, emailed them, the recruiter took a very long time to respond and didn't even apologize. HR is very disorganized.

Interview
I spoke to a couple different representatives and recruiting staff members and they were awesome. Very easy to talk to. Then about a week later I did an interview and the interviewee was a great guy. Easy to talk to and easy to carry on a conversation with.

Interview
3 rounds. 1st online and 2nd in person. Pretty standard asking about leadership and work ethic. The second interview was more conversational based asking why sales etc. Have not heard back but will get an email saying if I move on to the next round.
