There were two interviews total, both in person. The first was more general behavioral questions with a mix of situational questions. The second was similar, but with someone higher up in the company.

Mostly Behavioral questions, definitely practice using the STAR Method.
They really are mostly looking for great leadership skills and to emphasize those in the interview process.

There aren't any technical sales questions but I got a lot of behavioral and situational questions (are you willing to put in the work, etc.). Three rounds of interviews with the final one in-person.
