I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GALLO (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2021

Interview

We met for an initial "coffee chat" that was more informal and a good way to chat and get to know each other. Next we had a more formal interview over zoom.

Interview

The whole process is around 3 rounds. In the final round, they fly you out to meet with company leadership and other candidates and do a presentation and 2 more interviews.

Interview

2 rounds at my university. Final round consisted of me and 20 other college students getting flown out to Healdsburg, CA to deliver a presentation and conduct final interviews. Phenomenal experience!!

Interview

First round was informal, online, behavioral based questions. The call lasted 30-45 minutes and it was not too difficult and I was offered a second round interview on our call.
