Interview
It was in person and I interviewed first with HR, then HR and Manager, then I passed some knowledge test. Everything was done within the same day and they offered two weeks later.

Achei as perguntas bem assertivas e focadas nas minhas soft skills ao invés do recrutador estar só focado nas minhas hard skills.
Percebi que realmente estava interessado no meu desenvolvimento e não em recrutar alguém pronto!
