I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Dayton, OH) in Aug 2013
Interview
Very conventional/traditional process - consisted of multiple 1 hour blocks with small panels or 1 on 1s. Overall this took about 6 hours, including lunch. Focus was on behavioral based interviewing and many of the interviewers asked the same or similar questions. The recruiter that organized the interview schedule seemed to have issues making it work for everyone as there were some gaps and late arrivals. Nobody offered me a drink like coffee or water, so I had to ask.
